Hello!
Thank you so much for visiting our site! Welcome to the Epsilon Eta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at Baylor University - home of the most prestigious, oldest, and largest professional business fraternity. I am honored to represent 70 members of this chapter who I proudly call my brothers.
If you are looking for a place to call home and to be a vital part of a community that values fun just as much as they value their career, you’ve found just what you are looking for. Epsilon Eta focuses on our five core values of brotherhood, unity, service, integrity, and knowledge. Throughout our daily lives, you can see each one of our members reflecting these values, becoming the professionals and people we aspire to be.
We represent every major from the Hankamer School of Business here at Baylor and several others accross different disciplines. We have brothers who major in communications, political science, neuroscience, and are on the pre-med and pre-law track. Each member of this organization brings their own unique talents to the table, creating a diverse group that are experts at playing on each others strengths.
Our brothers have secured internships and full-time jobs from some of the worlds most premier companies such as all of the Big 4 Accounting Firms, Apple, Fidelity Investments, BMC Software, AT&T, Accenture, 3M and many more. We have an alumni network that is connected to most major companies giving us a competitive advantage in the job market and almost endless networking opportunities.
I always like to say our fraternity is the “best of both worlds.” You get everything you can ask for from a social organization with a small-family feel. We host tailgates, take-a-dates, and formals that keep us a tight-knit friend group, but we also prioritize our professional development as well. We hold a Professional Development Summit, workshops, coffee chats, networking events, and information sessions which prepare us to be elite candidates for job opportunities at our dream companies.
One of the most impactful aspects of our chapter is also the most organic. Through the bonds that we make with our brothers on a daily basis, we have built a community that is filled with mentorship. Whether it's setting up a mock interview with an older brother, getting resume advice from a brother who has spent way too much time with the career center or simply learning the ins and outs of life in college from a senior, our members truly are a family.
